Here are answer to a few questions that might be able to get you up and running faster!

Verify that your computer (and other computers, if available) is able to get on the Internet to ensure that your computer is not encountering an internet connection issue. Verify that the network cable is properly connected to the back of the computer. In addition, when checking the connection of the network cable, ensure that the LED's on the network are properly illuminated. For example, a network card with a solid green LED or light usually indicates that the card is either connected or receiving a signal. Note: generally, when the green light is flashing, this is an indication of data being sent or received. If you have questions or concerns, submit a Support Ticket and someone will get back to you ASAP.

Operating systems should be set to automatically update, so this is taken care of for you. Some companies will enforce this as a policy in which case you will see a message to let you know this is managed by a system administrator. Please note that platforms including Windows XP and Vista are no longer supported. Here at Raven Business Solutions, LLC, we handle all updates for customer computers. If you have questions or concerns, submit a Support Ticket and someone will get back to you ASAP.

Next make sure the phone/network cable is securely plugged into the phone and the wall. While checking the connections, make sure the cable is free of damage, even some small kinks can cause static. If you still have staticy calls, submit a Support Ticket and we will get back to ASAP

In Google Chrome, go to Settings > 'More Tools' > 'Clear browsing data...'. Firefox users can go to 'History', then choose 'Clear recent history...'.
